A few months ago we started our brand new play writing competition, and in just one week’s time – midnight UK time on the last day of June – the first deadline hits!
Even if you don’t usually write scripts, why not take a look at one of your short stories or flash fictions. Quite often, stories that already contain dialogue spoken by two or three (or more) characters can be adapted and turned into a script. Go on – have a go… you never know what you might produce.
The competition is open to INTERNATIONAL SUBMISSIONS. We’ve already had a fantastic number of scripts coming in, but there’s still time to submit yours. Take a look at the playwriting page for all the details, by hitting the button below.
We have teamed up with UK radio station RADIO NORTHUMBERLAND for this fantastic play writing competition.
Your audio play will be professionally produced and recorded by us, and BROADCAST ON RADIO in Northumberland (the largest county in the UK, with a population of over 330,000) as well being broadcast online AROUND THE WORLD.
It will also be available here on our website, for anyone to listen ON DEMAND whenever they like!
