Cranked Anvil’s agency department represents playwrights and authors, placing their work with theatres and producing companies across the UK.

Our creative and editorial team have a wide range of industry knowledge and, between them, over 50 years of practical experience within the business.

Working alongside you the writer, we will endeavour to put your script in front of people who can and will produce them, as well as dealing with the whole business side of drawing up and instigating contracts, ensuring prompt collection of royalty payments, and even negotiating complimentary first night tickets/programmes.

We will soon be opening our books for submissions.
